Audit & Assurance Support in Hyderabad

Audit-ready books, internal reviews and professional coordination with independent auditors — conducted with full respect for auditor independence.

Overview

How we help

Audits give owners, lenders, investors and regulators confidence in financial information. Depending on your entity type, turnover and lenders' requirements, you may need a statutory audit, a tax audit, or both — and many growing businesses also benefit from internal audit.

Our audit and assurance work is performed in accordance with the applicable standards and the independence requirements of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Companies Act, 2013. Where independence rules prevent us from acting as auditor — for example where we maintain your books — we prepare you for the audit and coordinate with a suitably qualified independent auditor.

What this service includes

01

Tax Audit Services

Tax audit and reporting in the prescribed form, subject to professional eligibility, independence and the limits on the number of audits a Chartered Accountant may accept.

02

Statutory Audit Services

Statutory audit of eligible entities where we are validly appointed and where professional and legal independence requirements permit.

03

Internal Audit Support

Risk-based review of processes, controls and transactions, with practical recommendations — provided to clients for whom we are not the statutory auditor, as required by law.

04

Financial Review & Reconciliation

Review of ledgers, balances and reconciliations to identify errors and gaps ahead of the year-end audit.

05

Third-Party Audit Coordination

Preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and responses to queries raised by your auditors.

06

Independent Auditor Coordination

Where we cannot act as auditor, we coordinate with a suitably qualified independent firm appointed by you, maintaining a clear separation of roles.

Independent third-party audits are performed by suitably qualified independent auditors, subject to professional independence requirements, ICAI regulations and applicable law. We do not accept audit engagements that would compromise independence.
